The American Council on Gift Annuities has an organizationally based membership structure. We ask that one person be named as the contact person from your organization. However, your sponsorship entitles everyone from your organization to the following benefits:
- The Gift Annuity Rate Committee meets on a regular basis to review the Council's Gift Annuity Rates, and you will be kept abreast of any changes in current rates, (which normally would change on any July 1st that a change is made).

- Speaker presentations from past conferences

- The Donors' Corner: The ACGA office receives frequent inquiries from potential donors. In addition to general information about charitable gift annuities, these individuals want to know who issues them. To serve these potential donors, as well as our sponsors, these web pages provide basic information about gift annuities, in donor-friendly language. Donors then have the ability to access links to our sponsors' websites. Is your organization listed? Don't miss out on this opportunity!
- You will be alerted to proposed legislation that may affect planned giving in general and gift annuities in particular.
- You will be kept current on changes in state regulation of gift annuities.
- You will receive advance notification of the Council's biennial Conference on Gift Annuities, the oldest planned giving conference in the country, and because your organization is a sponsor, it will entitle you to a discounted registration fee.
- You will join together with like institutions and organizations to share information regarding gift annuites and other planned gifts.
