Regulation of Charitable Gift Annuities

Degree of Regulation:

Indiana Code Section 27-1-12.4-2 exempts charitable gift annuities from regulation by the Department of Insurance.

Actions Required for Exemption:

No actions are required nor are there minimum threshold requirements that must be met to issue charitable gift annuities in Indiana.
