Registration Terms and Conditions

Please Note:

  • All cancellations and/or changes must be received in writing via email/US mail no later than March 27, 2020, to receive a full refund, less a $50.00 processing fee.  Cancellations received after March 27, 2020, will not be refunded.  We cannot accept phone cancellations.
  • You will have the opportunity to change your registrant or guest name until April 15, 2020, for a $25.00 processing fee.  After April 15, 2020, no name changes will be accepted. If you need to change a guest’s event registration, there will be a $25.00 processing fee.
  • All changes/cancellations received will be confirmed via email from the ACGA office.
