ACGA Board members and friends mourn the passing of longtime volunteer and past ACGA Chair, Lindsay L.Lapole III.  Lindsay passed away on February 24, 2025. He dedicated more than 20 years of service to the ACGA and left a legacy that will endure.  Even after his time on the ACGA board, Lindsay continued to serve as a non-Board volunteer on our scholarship committee honoring his friend Terry Simmons.  He was a passionate advocate for the impact of state legislation affecting charities and donors.  Lindsay was always focused on the health and success of charitable gift annuity programs in the non-profit community and his guidance and expertise will be missed.
